A local team, for 6 years
Corax Management has operated Mare Condo for 6 years. We’re a local team, here in Playa del Carmen, and we look after the building every day.
Mare Condo isn’t a hotel: these are apartments with kitchens, for staying a few nights or several months. You can come on vacation or settle in for a season, with the same service.
At the front desk, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., there’s someone to welcome you, hold your luggage or sort out whatever you need. And we’d rather be clear about what we offer: we tell you what each stay includes, and what it doesn’t, before you book.
What matters to us
Saying what’s there
We’re five blocks from the beach, not on the beachfront. If we haven’t confirmed something, we don’t promise it.
Someone to look after you
From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. there’s a person at the front desk to welcome you, hold your luggage or tell you where to eat in the neighborhood.
Spaces made for staying
Every apartment has a kitchen and there are monthly rates, so a vacation can turn into a season.
