You can book nights online or stay for months under contract: 1 to 6 months is a temporary stay, quoted on WhatsApp, and 7 to 12 months is a long-term stay from MXN $16,500 per month, plus taxes, water and electricity.

What the contract includes

On monthly stays, Wi-Fi and parking are included and the apartment is cleaned every 10 days. Water is MXN $300 per month and electricity is paid separately, per the CFE bill.

Your routine away from the screen

Cook in your apartment, do your laundry without going out and, at the end of the day, head up to the rooftop pool (8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.). Fifth Avenue is 2 blocks away and the beach, 5.

Apartments with a full kitchen and a washer

The Studio has a kitchenette and no washer: it works best for short stays.

Yes, in all of them. On monthly stays it’s included in the contract.

Can I stay for a month?

Yes. 1 to 6 months is a temporary stay, quoted on WhatsApp; 7 to 12 months is a long-term stay from MXN $16,500 per month.

Which apartments have a washer?

The Penthouse, One Bedroom, One Bed & Sofa and One Bed & Balcony have a washer/dryer. The Studio doesn’t.
