Temporary stay, 1 to 6 months
For digital nomads, work trips or a season. It’s quoted on WhatsApp: the monthly price is higher than for a long-term stay and varies by season.
Long-term stay, 7 to 12 months
From MXN $16,500 per month, plus taxes, water and electricity. The price varies by season and apartment.
Under contract
Temporary and long-term stays are governed by the terms of their contract. The deposit is 1 month’s rent, and there’s no beach club or breakfast: you live as you would at home, with your own kitchen.
Apartments with a full kitchen and a washer
The ones that work best for staying months. The Studio has a kitchenette and no washer.
