The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with sun loungers around it. You can see the sea and Cozumel in the distance; Mare Condo isn’t on the beach, which is 5 blocks away.

If you want a terrace to yourself, the Penthouse has a private rooftop with an outdoor tub, on the top floor.

There’s no beach club or breakfast: every apartment has a kitchen or kitchenette, and the front desk is there from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
